Bought something that didn't work out? No stress. Here's how we handle it.
You've got 30 days
From the day your order lands at your door, the clock starts. You have 30 days to send eligible items back. After that window closes, we can't take it.
Send it back the way it came
We can only refund gear that's unworn, unwashed, and still in the shape you got it in. Tags off is fine—but leave the care label in. If that little label's been cut out, we can't take the item back. Every return gets checked when it lands with us, and anything worn, washed, or beat up won't qualify.
You don't need the original packaging, but wrap it up tight so nothing gets wrecked on the way back.
Some things stay
For hygiene reasons, bras and intimates are final sale—no returns, no exchanges, no refunds. These are flagged as Final Sale right on the product page and at checkout, so there's never a surprise.
Shipping it back is on you
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Use a tracked option and hang onto your receipt—we can't cover anything that goes missing on its way to us.
Got more than one order?
Ship returns from separate orders in separate packages. Throwing them all in one box can jam up your refund.
How refunds work
Once your return reaches us and clears inspection, we'll shoot you an email to confirm. Money goes back to whatever you originally paid with. Give us up to 7 business days to process once it arrives, plus another 7 or so for it to hit your account. Original shipping costs don't come back.
Changed your mind early?
You can cancel any order before it ships. Once it's out the door, it falls under the return rules above.
Something wrong with your order?
Arrived faulty, damaged, or just plain not what you ordered? Hit us up within 7 days of delivery and we'll fix it on our dime. A photo might be needed to confirm—and you may not even have to ship it back.
